List your questions: Write down all of your questions you have about treatments, costs, or the Medspa in general. We’re here to provide you with all the information you need.

You’ll meet with our experienced Registered Nurse & Licensed Clinical Aesthetician. Here’s what you can expect:
Discussion: We’ll start by discussing your skin concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and desired outcomes. Feel free to bring any questions you have!
Skin Analysis: We’ll conduct a thorough skin analysis which includes: visual examination of the skin, assessment of skin type and concerns (e.g., wrinkles, acne, sun damage), and evaluation of your skin’s texture, tone, and elasticity.
Treatment Recommendations: Based on the analysis, we’ll recommend the most suitable treatments to address your specific needs and goals. We’ll explain the benefits and potential risks of each option.
Personalized Treatment Plan: We’ll create a personalized treatment plan, including the estimated number of sessions and expected outcomes.
Questions and Answers: We’ll answer any remaining questions you have and ensure you feel comfortable and informed.
Consultations typically last around 30-45 minutes. If time allows and it’s appropriate, you may even be able to receive your first treatment during the same visit.
After your consultation, we’ll schedule your treatment appointment(s) and provide you with pre and post-treatment instructions.
The downtime on your treatment will depend on the specific treatment you receive. Some treatments have minimal to no downtime, while others may require a few days of recovery.
Minimal Downtime: Treatments like facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and some light chemical peels typically have minimal downtime. You might experience mild redness and sensitivity for a few hours, but you can generally return to normal activities immediately.
Moderate Downtime: More intense treatments, such as deep chemical peels, may require a longer downtime of a week. You will experience redness, swelling, and peeling during that time and will need to stay out of the sun.
It’s important to remember that everyone heals differently. Your individual downtime may vary depending on your skin type, overall health, and how well you follow post-treatment instructions.

Yes, we do! Memberships & Packages
We value your time and appreciate you choosing us. To ensure we accommodate all our clients, we require a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellation.
We understand things come up, but we require a 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.
No Shows: If you miss your appointment without contacting us, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to work with you.
